These draft terms are provided while HiringTree prepares final legal documents with counsel. By using the platform, users agree to provide accurate information, use hiring workflows lawfully, and respect worker privacy and consent.
Employers and agencies are responsible for truthful job posts, lawful recruitment practices, and any employment, visa, permit, or contract obligations outside the platform.
HiringTree may review, suspend, or remove accounts, job posts, messages, or profiles that appear fraudulent, unsafe, discriminatory, or inconsistent with platform rules.
The platform is an MVP and may change as pilots, compliance reviews, and production hardening continue. Final terms will replace this draft before public commercial launch.
